Refund policy

Return requests must be received within 14 days from the day the merchandise was delivered.

Sunset Scents LLC must receive the merchandise within 14 days from the date the Return Label is issued.
All merchandise must be brand new.
You can send the merchandise back for an exchange or refund.
Refund is minus 20% restocking fee or $7.50, whichever is greater, or even exchange.
Refunds or exchanges can take up to 14 days from the day Sunset Scents receives the merchandise.
Returns can be refused for any reason.
To request a Return Label please email us with all of the following information:

• Order Number
• The merchandise you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Exchange or refund
• For an exchange please include the new merchandise that you want
• At least two pictures showing that the merchandise is in brand-new condition

Non-Returnable Items: special orders, open fluids, burned candles 

Received Different Items Than Ordered

If we shipped you the wrong item(s) then we will provide you with a shipping label to send the item(s) back to us free of charge. Once we confirm that the item(s) have been picked up and it is on the way back to us, we will ship you the correct item(s). 

If your products arrive broken or cracked please email us pictures of the broken items at customerservice@sunsetscents.com and we will ship you new ones.

Shipping Policy

We ship in the USA using FedEx or USPS. To get a shipping quote, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart. Shipping starts at $8.99 and increases based on weight. We ship every business day, Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Orders can take up to 5 business days to ship. If your order includes multiple items they may be shipped separately and at different times. You will receive an order confirmation email/text with tracking information based on the one you subscribe to.
